Our luxury villa, known for its cleanliness, is situated in the gated area of Aster Cove Lane in the quiet and tranquil community of Crescent Lakes. Its a short drive from the 192 attractions and restaurants of Kissimmee and about 15 minutes from the world of Disney. The development is situated adjacent to the Reedy Creek nature reserve and is landscaped around several lakes. Unlike many villas we have no fence to look over, and no neighbours looking in. Other attractions in close proximity including an abundance of golf courses, a horse riding stable, a nature preserve walking area and water sports. Hypermarket are 10 minutes, and there are also many shopping malls in the Kissimmee area. Route maps to airports and parks available in owners book. |
Amenities
The villa is a fully air-conditioned 4 bedrooms, 3-bathroom property offering the highest standards of comfort and luxury. Inside the property is a host of additional luxury items chosen to provide a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere from the moment you arrive. Our south facing pool has free solar heating and is a main feature of the villa, with the lanai leading out to a large pool area. The pool measures 28ft x 16ft overall, and runs from 3ft to 6ft in depth, thus facilitating comfortable swimming for both adults and children. In addition to the pool, there is a spa at one end with the water flowing back to the pool via a waterfall. Both the pool and spa have lights. In the cooler months of November to February the pool can also be electrically heated, however a charge of £50 a week has to be made. This is still less than half the price of most non-solar heated pools charge, and you may only need to heat the pool for 1 week during a two week stay. The lanai contains a large table and luxury cushioned patio chairs, and the area around the pool has been extended and allows ample room for the 4 sun lounges and the additional table and chairs. All doors leading to the pool area have safety Alarms.
The main room consist of 3 leather sofas that offer ample seating for 8 people, coffee table, 2 side tables a TV, DVD unit, a Playstation2 and a radio CD player. The Satellite TV offers 130 stations including English football. There is a 4 speed-ceiling fan in addition to the air conditioning. Golfers may find our golf book very handy, with driving instructions to many of the regions main courses. All bedrooms have their own TV. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, and an on-suite bathroom with his / her washbasins, bath, walk-in shower and toilet. The 2nd bedroom has a double bed with an adjoining bathroom. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms both have 2 twin beds and are separated by a third bathroom. All bathrooms have hair dryers and a full range of towels is supplied. The dining area consists of a formal dining table and chairs and a further table and chairs are situated in the open plan kitchen. The Kitchen is fully equipped with all of the labour saving devices found in an American kitchen. It provides crockery, cutlery, glassware, pans, toaster, coffee maker, built in microwave, large fridge/freezer with ice maker, a cooker, dishwasher and garbage disposal unit, tea towels ect. For the Brits there is a teapot but you may need to bring your favourite tea with you. High chairs can be made available provided they are purchased before your arrival. The laundry room is fitted with a large washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. |
