My beautiful villa is 12 minutes drive from Disney and is located in a small exclusive development on the US27 called West Stonebridge.
It is centrally located to provide access to both the East and West Coast and all the central Florida attractions are an easy drive. The local supermarket and essential shops are within 3 minutes drive of the property. There are also local resturants, bars etc and for golfers there are 8 courses up to Championship level nearby.
Property Description
The villa, completed in January 2006, has been built to a high specification, immaculately presented and well equiped with all the essentials. It is spacious with an open plan design in the main living area. After a long day at one of the attractions there is a large terrace area where its great to relax and take a dip in the pool, outside lighting and the great weather means its comfortable to sit outside until well into the evening. A barbeque can be hired for alfresco dining. For child safety reasons all doors to the pool area are alarmed and surrounded by a pool screen to keep the bugs at bay |
Amenities
The master bedroom is large and airy with a queen sized bed. The en-suite has a bath, separate shower, two hand basins and WC.
A second en-suite bedroom contains a large shower, basin and WC.
The two twin rooms are bright and airy sharing the third bathroom with has a shower/bath, basin and WC.
The kitchen area has a breakfast table seating 4 and there is a formal dining area set for 6 but can take 8 comfortably.
The garage has been converted to a lovely games room for adults and children alike. Here you have a pool table, air hockey, electronic basketball, plus electronic darts. A great place to keep you entertained after a day at the parks!!
There is a separate utility area with a washer and a dryer
Sleeping :
The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total all with TV. 2 double rooms and 2 twin rooms. 2 of the bedrooms have en-suite facilities and there is a 3rd bathroom adjacent to the 2 twin bedrooms. This gives room for up to 8 people very comfortably. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.
General :
The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.
Entertainment :
The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.
eating & living :
There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
This is a non-smoking villa
The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private swimming pool, an extensive patio area. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting. |

Rates quoted in US/GBP
Rates are per week and are inclusive of 12% Florida Tax. Payment can be made in Dollars, Uk Pounds, Euros or Credit Card via Pay Pal on line.
$350/£250 deposit is required at the time of booking.
Balance is due 10 weeks before arrival.
$250 security deposit is required, refundable within 2 weeks of departure. Subject to property inspection.
Optional pool heating at $25 per day (recommended between November and April).
Minimum stay 3 nights.
Stays of 6 nights or less incur a cleaning charge of $90.
