Amenities
Summerplace Villa occupies a south- facing site, which overlooks the
community commons. The 26ft x14ft pool enjoys sun from early in the
morning until sunset.
To make the most of the Florida sunshine, pool games, sunloungers, two tables, umbrella, and 6 dining chairs, are provided around the screened deck area. A pool bathroom with WC and washbasin can be accessed direct from the deck area.
All doors leading to the pool, including the pool bathroom, are alarmed
for the safety of children.
Alternatively, after a busy day at the theme parks, you may prefer to relax in our Family Room. Here you will find 3 and 2 seater sofas (one of which converts into a Queen size bed) and love seat, 27 inch TV with satellite, DVD/CD player, board games and small selection of DVDs....or you may prefer to unwind by playing pool, foosball or electronic darts in our GAMES ROOM!
Although there are numerous restaurants close by, if you would rather eat at home, there is a formal dining area and fully equipped kitchen including microwave, fridge-freezer with ice-making facilities dishwasher and waste
disposal unit. There is also a separate laundry room with full size
washer and drier on the ground floor, so no need to take washing
home!
All bedrooms are situated on the upper floor. This means that those who want an early night or to sleep-in are not disturbed by the more active!
Master Bed 1 has a King size (6ft) bed, walk-in closet, hair drier, 19-inch TV with satellite connection and en-suite. The en-suite has an oval bath, separate shower cubicle, separate WC and two washbasins.
Master Bed 2 has a Queen size (5ft) bed, 13 inch TV, built in wardrobe, hair drier and direct access to the family bathroom.
The family bathroom has a bath/ shower WC and washbasin.
There are two twin bedrooms, both with clock/radios TVs and built-in wardrobes. One of these rooms is the location of the vills's PC.
Linen and towels are provided for use in the villa. Please supply own towels for use at the beach/water parks.

Community facilitiesHigh Grove is a gated Mediterranean style resort with clubhouse and
communal pool. Each property has gorgeous orange roof tiles and a
block paved pool and deck area, which makes the resort look very
distinctive. The community is situated 6 miles, or 10 minutes by car
from Disney's Magic Kingdom at the intersection of Highway 192 and
Highway 27. There are numerous shops, supermarkets and restaurants
within a mile and there is now a brand new Super Wal- Mart within
1/4 mile.
There is a community clubhouse where guests may enjoy complimentary tea, coffee and newspapers. For those who wish to maintain their fitness regime whilst on vacation there is an air-conditioned gym with running and step machines and exercise bike. Alternatively you may prefer to use the library of books and games, watch the TV or play pool or foosball or make new friends in the community pool and spa. Nor are guests with young children are not forgotten, with a small kids play area. |
