Our superb luxury villa is situated on the brand new prestigious Tuscan Hills Estate. Tuscan Hills is a mediterranean style gated community around 10 minutes from Disney.It is superior in build quality, design and facilities to almost any other Orlando community.
Our villa has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, 3 of these are master suites.
The main master has a kingsize bed, a cable tv with a dvd player and is furnished to a very high standard. The bathroom suite has a large walk in shower a double vanity unit and a Roman bath, there is also a large walk in closet. From the main master there is a door leading to the pool area for that late night swim.
Masters 2 & 3 both have queen size beds,walk in closets and are both furnished to a high standard both the bathroom suites have an overhead shower,bath and a single vanity. The bathroom suite for the 2nd master also has access from the pool area.
There are also 2 futher bedrooms both with twin beds and cable tv with dvd. They share the 4th bathroom which has an overhead shower, bath and a single vanity unit.
The sofa in the great room also opens into a large double bed. This means the villa could accomodate 12 people comfort.
The large family room has a cable tv and a dvd player. There is also patio doors leading to the pool area which has loungers and table with seating to eat out alfresco.
The formal dining room has seating for 6 people, there is also a breakfast nook situated by the side window which catches the early morning sun, this also has seating for a futher 4 people.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher,fridge freezer with ice maker, toaster,microwave,blender everything for a hassle free vacation. There is also a laundry room with a washer and dryer, ironing board and iron.
A brand new Games room will also be available from end of may which will contain a pool table and air hockey and a foozball table. |
