The development is only 12 mins from Disney, 25 mins from other Premier Parks and Water Parks, near banks, 24 hour superstore, local bars and restaurants. Award winning Southern Dunes & Champions Gate golf courses 5 mins away. The Villa has full air-conditioning and also has a monitored security alarm system. Our villa is not overlooked from the back by any other villas. The house is fully air conditioned inside, so when the sun gets too hot you can slip inside to cool down!
All the floors (except the bedrooms) are tiled. The pool area has a floodlight over it as well as lights in the pool. You can relax by the south facing pool with a cool drink and totally relax in the Florida sun.
A £150/$300 deposit required per week booked. Balance plus security deposit (£200/$300) required 6 weeks prior to holiday. |
