This fantastic executive villa is located in the sub-division of Indian Point, Kissimmee so is ideal for all the major attractions and restaurants. It has two mastersuites so is just perfect for two families sharing, two twinned themed rooms and a dining area leading off the large living area, a fully fitted kitchen with breakfast nook, games room and a 30ft pool surrounded by colorful plants and shrubs together with a privacy fence.
This little piece of paradise is a haven to come home to after a busy day at the attractions with its covered lanai and extended pool deck. |
Amenities
The villa is exceptionally well equipped with everything you could need for a holiday of a lifetime.
Master bedroom one is richly furnished with an excellent quality sleigh bed and has TV and bedside phone together with computer station with free internet access. The ensuite has a corner tub, separate shower cublice, a WC with privacy wall and vanity basins for him and her. In the walk-in closet is the safe for guest's use.
The second mastersuite also has a top grade bed, TV, bedside phone and also has an ensuite.
One twin room is Disney themed and has a Mickey Mouse TV and Playstation 2 with games plus a play table and toy box and, in the closet, is a roll a way bed for one additional guest. The Jungle themed room has a high mounted multi-channel TV and also has a 3/4 size cot with linens stored in the closet for an infant. These rooms share the third bathroom.
There is an abundance of bed linens and towels plus pool towels and, in the fully fitted kitchen is enough crockery to supply a kings banquet. We also supply plastic utensils for use outdoors where there are comfortable chairs, table and sun loungers together with toys. The extended deck area catches the sun from sunrise to 5pm and is covered by a fine mesh screen to keep the bugs away and the 30ft pool can be heated as required.
The garage has been converted to a games room with pool table, dart board, air hocket and boccaball. This area is not air conditioned but a large ceiling fan has been installed for comfort and this room also doubles as a utility area for washing machine and tumble dryer.
All doors and windows leading to the pool are alarmed for childrens safety and the villa has it's own security alarm for guests peace of mind. We have tried to think of everything we can to ensure our guests have the perfect vacation and have been rewarded by having so many repeat bookings and referrals. |
Rental Rates
Prices range from £525 to £575 per week and this includes all local and state taxes. We offer a 5% discount for stays of over three weeks or more and can sometimes offer special deals so please enquire. For stays of under a week, a $85 cleaning fee is imposed. Optional pool heating is £15 / $30 per night and we would ask our American guests to enquire for rates rather than rely on the currency conversions whilst the exchange rates are so high.
A deposit of £150 / $250 per week is required on booking and the balance payable eight weeks prior to departure at which time a security deposit of £200 / $350 is also due. This is returned after your stay providing no damage to the villa occurs.
We can accept payment by personal cheque, online banking transfer to either our UK or US bank accounts and by debit or credit card via Paypal in any currency though we have to pass on a 3% fee which is only part of what we are charged. Receipts are sent out after every payment and full details of the villa and driving directions are sent after the final balance is paid. The villa has it's only key lock-box so you can drive straight to the villa and not have to call anywhere else to collect the key.
Our management company can also provide guests with a Welcome Pack so you don't have to go shopping immediately you arrive. Full details can be sent on request. |
