A fully air conditioned luxury spa pool home with four en-suite bedrooms, beautifully decorated, providing a haven after those wonderful days at the parks, golf courses, fishing adventures or shopping experiences!
It comprises of a master bedroom, king size bed and three further bedrooms, two queen beds and a twin room. There is an additional sofa bed in the living room which means that the villa can accommodate up to 10 guests.
The living area is spacious and open plan, including dining room/breakfast area and kitchen. There is an outdoor kitchen area on the lanai (pool deck) with a gas bar-b-cue, together with sun recliners. The villa backs on to a peaceful conservation area and therefore is not overlooked from properties to the rear.
The home has a washer and dryer, all linens are provided. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with dish washer, oven, hob, microwave fridge, freezer with ice maker, coffee maker and toaster etc. Other facilities include cable TV, DVD players and telephone. |
